Last week Yolanda Hoffman introduced us to new member Alex Pearson. 
Alex is homegrown here in Omaha, NE. At the age of ten, Alex began his endeavors as an entrepreneur and started taking care of neighbor’s yards. His business included a single mower, weed wacker and a Walkman for his music. Alex continued his passion for mowing and landscaping into high school where he began his first official business, Elkhorn Lawn Care. After graduating from Elkhorn High School, Alex pursued a business degree in Marketing and Management at the University of Nebraska Omaha. Throughout college and up until August of 2019, Alex continued to operate his prominent lawn and landscape business in West Omaha serving more than 1,700 customers.
Alex currently holds a real estate license at Nebraska Realty and offers DJ and Emcee services for a variety of party requests. He hosts a weekly trivia night that people look forward to and enjoys entertaining.
Alex is a community volunteer with a variety of charities and non-profits but considers his time as a mentor with TeamMates to be the most valuable.
Alex has been happily married to his wife, Annie, for three and half years (and hopes she can say the same!). Annie is a special education teacher at DC West Elementary, where she takes their therapy dog to help the students at the school.
Alex continues to search for his next business venture. In the meantime, he enjoys spending time with his family, his dogs, watching sports, working out, researching new ideas, and establishing new relationships. Welcome, Alex!
