VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR MEAL PACKAGING GRANT

We need your help! Volunteers still needed for food repackaging project. Can you spare 1 hour (either 8am to 9am or 9:30am to 10:30am) on February 25th?

West, Southwest and Suburban Rotary Clubs are working on a joint District Grant project to package meals for local non-profit organizations. This project will be held on February 25, 2017 from 8:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Walmar Leasing, 11357 South 146th Street.

Members that want to volunteer for this project can click the following link http://portal.clubrunner.ca/5409/Event/multi-club-meal-packaging-event and follow the instructions to sign-up.

If you want to work at the same table with another member, family member, or friend you will need to select the same table number as you sign-up. If you are willing to be a table leader let me know and you will be sent separate instructions to arrive early. There will be two shifts with 8 tables of 10 people each per shift.

A few volunteers (6-10 people) are needed to setup on the night before, Friday, February 24th from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Reply to this email if you would like to help with the setup on the 24th. Contact Vickie in the Rotary office if you have any questions or problems signing up.
